In Lewei Precision, precision and quality is a core principle throughout the aluminum extrusion process. We perform the inspection process with high standards by using the latest inspection equipment to provide our parts with the best dimensional accuracy, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Our stringent validation procedure is such that each part has been measured and tested of the required standards such as ISO 2768-mK and ASME Y14.5 which ensures that all your custom extrusions are of the utmost of dimensions and geometric accuracy.

The quality of the surface is also of attention to us in measuring the roughness of the surface of the part, the values of Ra are in the range of 3.2 to 0.8 μm.
