We will inspect all the parts to the highest standards of dimensional accuracy with the help of sophisticated inspection equipment, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical scanners, and digital micrometers. We are either ordering a prototype or a part that is production grade and this precision is ensured by our careful inspection process to ensure that you get the accuracy that you require in your 3D printing work.

Besides dimensional accuracy, we also comply with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) standards, which will guarantee that both dimensional and geometric accuracy conforms to ISO 2768-mK, and ASME Y14.5. We also perform detailed surface testing to verify Ra 3.2–0.8 μm roughness and confirm coating thickness.
