As-milled finish It exhibits tool marks on the surface and a surface roughness of ~125 µin Ra. As-milled finish is used on functional parts where it is not critical to have a smooth finished part but where strength and longevity are needed.
Bead blasting produces a smooth, matte finish where abrasive media is directed to provide aesthetics of a pleasing surface uniformity and also enhances part integrity and performance.
This is a permanent coating that gives it enormous corrosion, UV, and wear resistance. Powder coating is ideal in those parts that need durable protection without compromising appearance.
By brushing, one attains a satin-like finish, which is done by applying a uniform grain texture. It is a perfect match on non-reflective surfaces and gives a good look as well as offers a smooth surface to the decoration.
Polishing provides a mirror-like smooth finish and enhances aesthetic quality of components. It is the ideal product to be used in a situation when the aesthetics and performance are to be considered simultaneously, which creates a smooth, shiny surface.
During electropolishing, a coated layer of metal is removed enhancing the surface smoothness and corrosion resistance. It improves the quality of parts by creating less friction and consequently is best suited to the parts that need a high level of finishing.

Our team will measure surface roughness (Ra) within the range of 3.20-0.8 μm and coating thickness check. This provides the continuity of visual attractiveness as well as upholding the functional integrity of your components.
